Privacy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data

This privacy notice has been prepared by RUA Software ("Company") in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation, in order to explain the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of job candidates whose personal data are processed by the Company.

Data Controller

Your personal data are processed by the Company, located at Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi, 2118 Cadde, No: 4a/36 Çankaya/ANKARA, in its capacity as data controller as specified in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, limited to the explanations below.

Collection Methods and Legal Reasons for Your Personal Data

Your personal data, detailed below by categories, are processed by the Company in accordance with the legal reasons specified within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Personal information obtained from job candidates is processed by the Company in a limited and measured manner in accordance with the legal grounds and purposes below, and all technical and administrative protection methods are taken.

Personal data from job candidates are collected through resumes, application forms, reference letters, interview records, test results and other documents verbally, in writing and electronically.

Processed Personal Data, Legal Reasons and Purposes

Data Category: Identity Information

The personal data listed below are processed based on the legal grounds that personal data collection is explicitly foreseen in laws, that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that processing of personal data of the parties to the contract is necessary, and that it is necessary for the Company to fulfill its legal obligations.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred as specified in Article 8 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data if the job candidate has explicit consent, or if the conditions specified in paragraph 2 of Article 5 are met. Apart from these, under no circumstances are your personal data transferred by the Company to third parties or abroad for any purpose.

Your Rights as a Job Candidate

Regarding your personal data, pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698;

Learning whether your personal data are processed or not,
If your personal data are processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Requesting correction of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions foreseen in the legislation,
When you request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and deletion or destruction of your personal data, requesting that this situation be notified to the third parties to whom we transfer your personal data,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and
You have the right to request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to illegal processing of personal data.

Application and Complaint Process Regarding Your Personal Data

You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above in writing or through registered e-mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or using the e-mail address that you have previously notified to the Company and is registered in the Company's system.

In the application;

a) Name, surname and signature if the application is written,
b) Turkish ID number for Turkish Republic citizens, nationality, passport number or ID number if available for foreigners,
c) Residence or workplace address for notification,
ç) E-mail address, phone and fax number for notification if available,
d) Subject of the request must be included.

You can submit your application to the Company via info[a]dr2connect.com e-mail address. Additionally, if you fill out the form available on the www.dr2connect.com website and send a signed copy of the form to the Company address specified above along with the information and documents that help fulfill the application conditions, your applications will be answered as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of your request. Additionally, during the evaluation of the relevant requests, additional information may be requested from the job candidate based on their application. If the application response requires an additional cost, the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be requested.
